Capability Chris

Redwood Stone have supplied to so many Show Gardens over the years I can’t mention them all here, but it was an absolute pleasure to work with designer ‘Capability’ Chris O’Donoghue on his ‘The Pilgrim’s Rest’ artisan garden in 2009. He writes a good book too!

Le Manoir

We designed and built a ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons’ style backdrop for a Raymond Blanc venture in 2011 and he returned the favour by trying his hand at a spot of cooking in our Outdoor Oven.

Jon Wheatley

Jon Wheatley is a fellow West Country boy we’ve collaborated with over the years. He’s also an RHS Council Member who has produced some of the most memorable Chelsea and Hampton exhibits, so no pressure there! Plants obviously take precedence but you might spot a Redwood Stone Portico in the background here.

We were very lucky to be asked to help with Peter Beales Roses exhibit by his son Richard the year before the great rosarian passed away. The following year Peter’s hat was placed on our ‘Dukes’ Font by way of memorial with Rosa Pippin in attendance.

A fantastic collaboration with Peter Beales Roses has continued to the present day. I hope you’ll agree that Classic Roses and Redwood Stone are the perfect combination.

Hilliers 2010

We have had some fantastic collaborations with Hilliers over the years, but something a little different was this Venetian Facade in 2010. Needless to say they racked up another Gold Medal. To date they have 74 consecutive Golds.
